Vigil Mechanism

The Renaissance Global Ltd. already had established the Vigil Mechanism prescribed under Section 177 of the Companies Act, 2013 as well as Regulation 22 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Company had adopted the “Code of Conduct for Board Members and Senior Management Personnel and Other Specified Employees of Renaissance Global Limited” which provides for the Vigil Mechanism / Whistle Blower policy for the directors and employees to report genuine concerns or grievances about unethical behavior, actual or suspected fraud or violation of the company’s Code of Conduct or Ethics Policy.
