Renaissance Global Limited endeavours to be a highly responsible corporate citizen. RGL postulates that in addition to serving the traditional stakeholders of the company, we also need to serve the society at large. We are committed to sustainable development, where societal well-being and environmental consciousness are looked after along with business needs.

Our Philosophy

Renaissance is committed to conducting business responsibly, positively impacting the communities in which it operates.

With this belief and vision for serving the society, Mr. Niranjan Shah — Chairman of Renaissance Global Limited — founded the Renaissance Foundation. Deeply involved in philanthropic activities for the past 15 years, he established this foundation to realise a very vital dream of making the world a better place to live.

Our corporate social responsibility initiatives are focused on improving education, healthcare, humanitarian relief and animal welfare.

Healthcare

Good health is cardinal to human well being and enables one to achieve life goals. With the high cost of healthcare services in India, healthcare becomes one of our top areas of engagement. We are committed to partner with like-minded institutions to serve the needy with adequate healthcare facilities.

We have partnered with the Bhaktivedanta Hospital and support them in their initiatives. Over the years, we have supported them by establishing a mammography unit in their hospital, providing five Dialysis Machines and a ‘Mobile Clinic for Cancer Detection’.

We have contributed towards building the Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital in Dharampur, Gujarat under the Shrimad Rajchandra Mission.

Education

Education is the most powerful weapon which can be used to change the world. Educated youth will help shape the future of India. With the rural areas having limited access to educational facilities we are committed to our work towards enriching the education facilities in rural India.

Under the Each One Teach One Initiative (EOTO), we have adopted the Kamalaben Jogani High School at Bhopoli in Palghar district of Maharashtra. Further, under the Employee Engagement Program of EOTO, our employees visit the school regularly and teach the students various non-academic activities like football, self-defence, Tai-chi Yoga, chess, drawing and craft. Humanitarian

With the belief of helping people in times of need, we engage in CSR also at a humanitarian level.

Through the Sarnast Mahajan trust, we donate during natural disasters like floods, famines, earthquakes, etc. We have in the past donated to the Maharashtra Drought relief fund, Nepal Earthquake Relief and Uttarakhand Flood Relief.

Animal Welfare

It is imperative to preserve animals. It is essential to ensure the welfare of animals to maintain the balance in our ecosystem. With this thought, we have directed our CSR activities in the area of animal wellbeing and protection. We actively contribute to Shree Patan Panjrapole in Patan, Gujarat which works to enrich the life of handicapped and weak animals.
